— This matter comes before the court on the preliminary objections of defendants Michael Kessler, M.D., Robert Morrow, M.D. and the State Board of Medicine (Board) to plaintiff’s amended complaint. The plaintiff, Michelle White, filed her amended complaint on October 1,2013. White filed the action as the administrator of the estate of Sinead Steele, who is deceased, and also in her personal capacity.
