MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

CANNELLA, District Judge:

Defendants’ cross-motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction and insuffi cient service of process is granted. Fed.R. Civ.P. 12(b)(2), 12(b)(5). Plaintiffs motion for an order compelling defendants to comply with its discovery requests is denied as moot. Fed.R.Civ.P. 37(d).

BACKGROUND
