ALARCON, Circuit Judge:
The Plaintiff/Appellant Yvonne Moran, (Moran) appeals from the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendant/Appellee Aetna Life Insurance Company (Aetna) and the denial of Moran’s motion for summary judgment. Moran sued Aetna as a “Plan Administrator” under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq. (1982 & Supp. IV 1986) for failure to provide Plan Documents at Moran’s request.
