Pending before the Court are Intel Corporation’s Motion for Summary Judgment that Cyrix Microprocessors Made by Affiliates of SGS-Thomson Microelectronics, Inc. are Not Licensed by Intel and SGS-Thomson Microelectronics, Inc.’s Motion for Summary Judgment and Supplemental Motion for Summary Judgment. The Court having considered the motions, the responses, the briefs and arguments of the parties and all of the summary judgment evidence, is of the opinion, for the reasons stated below, that Intel’s motion should be denied and intervenor…
