In pursuance of a “statement of default”, the prothonotary entered judgment in favor of the plaintiffs and against the defendant in the sum of $575 on June 7,1932, upon a sales agreement, “a copy of which” was attached to and made a part of the statement. In the so-called *272“statement of default”, it is averred that the defendant agreed to pay a commission of 5 percent of the purchase price for any sale made under the contract, which continued in force for a period of 6 months from its date and thereafter until 30 days after written notice of its cancellation.
