RITCHIE, District Judge.

It is agreed that the property involved is realty. Under sections 561 and 607 of the Alaska Code any interest in land or right connected with land is real property, and two sections of the statute of frauds might ap*548ply to this case. Written evidence is required for the following :

“Sec. 1876. * * * (6) An agreement for leasing for a longer period than one year, or for the sale of real property, or of any interest therein, or to charge or incumber the same.”
