LA BUY, District Judge.

J. P. Taitón and seven others, individually and as members of the Executive Board and of the Board of Directors of Alpa, a labor union, and on behalf of all members of the union, filed their complaint seeking to restrain the defendant, David L. Be-hncke, from exercising the office of president' of Alpa and interfering with Alpa’s business personnel.
