Plaintiff appeals from a judgment main-itaining an exception of no cause of action.

Emile J. Lochbaum and Marie Loeh-baum, through their tutrix, Mrs. Arthur Ruiz, brought this suit against Frank J. Clancy, August Christina, administrator of the succession of Christopher Lochbaum, and the Travelers’ Insurance Company for damages for the death of their mother, Mary Lochbaum.
