Defendant, David James Gillis, appeals the judgment of conviction entered upon jury verdicts finding him guilty of second degree burglary and conspiracy to commit second degree burglary. We affirm.

In February of 1992, defendant and the victim started a wood cutting business. The business used equipment owned by the victim and land leased by defendant, and it employed several people, including defendant’s brother-in-law.
