Defendant, Raymond Price, appeals the judgment of conviction entered on jury verdicts finding him guilty of escape, second degree kidnapping, first degree sexual assault, two counts of aggravated robbery, and three counts of holding hostages. We affirm.
While defendant was incarcerated in the Fremont County Jail on a class 1 felony conviction, he escaped and, during the 48- hour period before his capture, July 7-9, 1991, committed the substantive offenses at issue here. He pled not guilty by reason of insanity and impaired mental condition.
