SPEAR, Justice.

On March 30, 1969, the respondent received a personal injury arising out of and in the course of her employment with Bogus Basin Recreational Association. Miss Nelson was employed as a part-time ski instructor, giving lessons of two hours each for which she was paid at a rate per student which decreased as the number of students in her classes increased, resulting in an irregular hourly rate of pay.
