Arthur S. Storm, plaintiff, formerly of'. Detroit, had been admitted to the State Bar. of Michigan in 1933. Evidently he had a very small practice-as he did not have his name on the door where he had his office in the office of another attorney. He did not even have an attorney’s letterhead' and' at the-trial was unable to recall whether or not he had ‘been listed as a lawyer in the Detroit telephone directory-at the time of the complicated transaction herein set forth.
