[¶1] Delores A. Kolschefsky and Dwayne H. Kolschefsky (Kolschefskys) filed a legal malpractice action against Mark W. Harris and Harris Law Firm, P.C. (Harris), claiming Harris was negligent in failing to file a medical malpractice claim on their behalf within the period of the statute of limitations.
