The action was to recover on an account. Plaintiff’s petition claimed about $4,500. The defendant Johnson filed no pleading but left the state. Other creditors interpleaded. An attachment was levied upon two lots on which were the residence, garage and a store building occupied, or partly occupied, by the defendant and his family. Mrs. Minerva Johnson, wife of the defendant, filed an interplea, claiming that she was the owner of the property, *90and that it was a homestead.
