T1 Defendant Uriel Chavez-Espinoza appeals from his convictions of one count of aggravated burglary, a first degree felony, see Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-203(2) (2003); one count of aggravated assault, a second degree felony, see id. § 76-5-103(2); and three counts of simple assault, a class A misdemeanor, see id. § 76-5-102(3)(a). Defendant was sentenced to nine years to life for the aggravated burglary conviction to run concurrently with a prison term of one to fifteen years for the aggravated assault and with sixty-day jail terms for each of the simple…
