T 1 Samuel King appeals his conviction for aggravated kidnapping (domestic violence), a first degree felony, see Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-302 (2008); id. § 77-86-1 (Supp.2011), and aggravated assault (domestic violence), a third degree felony, see id. § 76-5-103; id. § 77-36- 1 .A King claims that he received ineffective assistance of counsel in several respects.
