This case was referred to Magistrate Judge Leslie G. Foschio, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1), on August 22, 1997. On March 11, 1998, third-party defendant Century Indemnity Company (“Century”), improperly designated as CIGNA Insurance, filed a motion for summary judgment.
