Rapp v. Nationwide Mutual Ins.

Defendants-appellants, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and E. Stuart Rogers, appeal the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas in favor of plaintiffsappellees, Edwin Rapp, Executor of the Estate of Ruth L. Rapp, et al., and raise the following assignments of error:
