This action was brought by Minnie Kauf-mann against Paul D. Woodard and wife to secure a decree of the court reforming a combined assignment of a contract to sell real estate and a deed to the property which they had executed and delivered to her, or in the alternative, relieving her from the. obligation to convey a part of the property covered by the contract to the one entitled thereto when the contract was fully performed.
