I. INTRODUCTION

Before the court is a motion by the debtors for an order establishing the extent of the secured claim of M & I Bank, f/k/a Valley Bank of Sherwood, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 506(a) and Bankruptcy Rule 3012, and for a determination that the secured portion of the claim has been paid in full. This court determined that the secured claim of M & I had been paid in full pursuant to the terms of the debtors’ plan.
