All of the above-referenced Debtors (collectively, “Debtors”), filed Chapter 13 cases in 2001. The Chapter 13 Trustee, Marion A. Olson, Jr. (“Trustee”), filed an Objection to Confirmation in each of these Chapter 13 cases, except in one case where a creditor filed the objection. The Trustee objected to a supplemental plan provision in the Debtors’ Chapter 13 Plans which requires undersecured creditors whose debts are secured by personal property to release their liens before the unsecured portion of their debt has…
