MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Before the court is the objection of American Investment Bank, N.A., f/k/a Tranex Credit Corporation, (“AIB”) to confirmation of the final chapter 13 plan (the “Plan”) filed by Mark Allen Gray and Trade Nicole Gray (“Debtors”). The instant controversy involves the treatment of AIB’s claim secured by a 1996 Mazda B2300 truck (the “Truck”).
