LOKEN, Circuit Judge.
Ben Sterkel appeals the district court’s 1 judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of Fruehauf Corporation on Sterkel’s claim that Fruehauf negligently caused Sterkel’s work-related shoulder injury. He asserts on appeal that the district court erred in refusing to give a requested jury instruction, in limiting the testimony of a rebuttal witness, and in denying his motion for a mistrial.
