Plaintiff-appellant Marcia J. Cornelius ("appellant") appeals from the trial court's grant of summary judgment to defendant-appellee B. G. Danis Company, Inn ("Danis") in a wrongful death and survivorship action for the September 11, 1986, death of her husband, Eric D. Cornelius ("Cornelius").
