This is an appeal by the Consolidated Rail Corp. (Conrail) from an order of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (Commission) which found that Conrail had discriminated against Robert P. Drumheiser (Complainant) on the basis of his age, in violation of Section 5(a) of the Pennsyl vania Human Relations Act (Act), Act of October 27, 1955, P.L. 744, as amended, 43 P.S. § 955(a). Mr. Drumheiser’s discrimination complaint is based on his assertion that because of his age, Conrail refused to grant him a leniency reinstatement following his discharge from service for…
