OPINION

BLACK, Judge.

Defendants appeal their convictions for distribution of an imitation controlled substance in violation of NMSA 1978, Section 30-31A-4 (Repl.Pamp.1989). Both Defendants challenge the Imitation Controlled Substances Act, NMSA 1978, §§ 30-31A-1 to -15 (Repl.Pamp.1989) (the Act), as being unconstitutionally vague and overbroad. Defendant Clement also contends the act deprived him of the equal protection of the law.
