This action was commenced by Fred D. Field, Rozilla D. Field, and Alfred Hare against H. S. Hurst, J. F. Winans, W. F. Harn, and Oklahoma City Land & Development Company in the -district court of Oklahoma county on certain promissory notes in the amount of $23,000 and for foreclosure of a mortgage on certain lands lying in the suburbs of Oklahoma City given to secure the payment of said notes.
