The Ohio Casualty Insurance Company (hereinafter referred to- as the insurer) was joined as a defendant on the ground that it had issued to the defendant copartners an automobile liability policy covering the automobile truck involved in a collision in Wisconsin, which resulted in the death of Louis Kilcoyne.
