MOTLEY, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Everett Stembridge, an African-American male, brought this employment discrimination suit against his former employer, the New York City Department of Transportation (“DOT”) and the City of New York, pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”). He alleged discrimination based on race and/or national origin, with respect to: termination of employment, constructive discharge, failure to promote, unequal terms and conditions of employment, hostile work environment and harassment, retaliation…
