Plaintiff Norman E. Bennett, Jr. brings this action against his former employer alleging race discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 1981 (“ § 1981”), and the New York State Human Rights Law, N.Y. Exec. Law § 296 et seq. (“NYSHRL”). Plaintiff also brings claims of retaliation and constructive discharge.
