The Supreme Court of the United States has twice expressly reserved the question of "[wjhether and to what extent a State can enforce” a notice-of-alibi rule "by excluding relevant, probative evidence” offered by the defendant, recognizing that it "is a question raising Sixth Amendment issues.” Williams v.
