OPINION
COHEN, Senior District Judge:
Presently before the Court is a motion by defendant VEB Backereimaschinenbau Halle (“VEB” or “defendant”), an East *483German entity, to quash service under Fed. R.Civ.P. 12(b)(5) or for a more definite statement under Fed.R.Civ.P. (“Rule”) 12(e). For the reasons that follow, the motion to quash service shall be denied. The motion for a more definite statement shall be granted, and plaintiffs shall be given twenty days either to file such a statement or to amend their amended complaint.
