C. W. Bradshaw was struck and killed at the inter section of Baxter avenue and Rosewood avenue in Louisville, Kentucky, by an automobile owned by appellant H. G. Heskamp, Jr. The accident occurred about 5:20 p. m. on November 26, 1941. Clifton S. Miller qualified as administrator of Bradshaw’s estate, and brought this, action against H. G. Heskamp, Jr., doing business asHeskamp Dry Cleaners, and Charles R. Davidson, the driver of the automobile, to recover damages for his-death.
