BECTON, Judge.

Defendant, Plummer Ruffin, was convicted of first degree burglary, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, and assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury. He was sentenced to fifty-nine years imprisonment. The defendant appeals, arguing that the trial court erred by: (1) denying his motion to dismiss and his motion to set aside the verdict as being against the greater weight of the evidence; (2) admitting evidence of crimes for which defendant was neither charged nor tried; (3) failing to give defendant’s requested jury instruction…
