The plaintiffs, T-Mobile US, Inc., T-Mobile USA, Inc., and Deutsche Telekom AG (together, “T-Mobile”), moved for a preliminary injunction to stop the defendant, Aio Wireless LLC, from using a plum color as a central part of its trade dress for consumer wireless telecommunications services and products.
