This is an appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Eugene Nicker-son, Judge, that the United States is entitled to compensation from the appellant, Government Employees Insurance Company (“GEICO”), under New York’s Comprehensive Automobile Insurance Reparation Act (“no-fault law”), N.Y.Ins.Law § 670 et seq.
