This R.C. 2307.44 civil hazing case is before the court on the motions to dismiss filed by defendants The Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity (“the National”) and the National’s local chapter at the University of Toledo, Epsilon-Epsilon Chapter, Pi Kappa Alpha House Corporation (“the Chapter”). The National and the Chapter (“the moving defendants”) filed their motions to dismiss pursuant to Civ.R. 12(B).
