The complainant is a member of the Union County Moving Picture Machine Operators Local No. 485, one of the defendants herein. He has been a member of such union from the date of its organization on or about March 15th, 1917. The union has its offices in Union county, New Jersey. Its membership includes practically every moving picture operator in that county. In brief, the announced design and object of the organization is to enable its members to procure employment and fair wages under proper working conditions.
