Complainant, a manufacturer of broad silks and rayon, filed a bill praying relief from alleged unlawful interference with its property rights by defendants. It was averred that complainant, who is the operator of a plant at the city of Bayonne on the plan technically known as the “open shop,” had conformed to the provisions of the National Industrial Recovery act, approved by the congress on June 16th, 1933 (15 U.
