A writ of certiorari presents for our review a judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Morgan County, Alabama, under the Workmen’s Compensation Law (Title 26, Chapter 5, 1940 Code of Alabama, as amended). There are two principal questions presented. First: Should the widow and three minor children of the employee be denied death benefits under the Workmen’s Compensation Law upon the ground that the employee was excluded from the provisions of the law under the following clause of Title 26, Section 263: “ * * * persons whose employment at the time of the injury is casual, and…
