— This is a suit for an accounting. The facts are: The Oregon Eilers Music House, a corporation, was engaged in the sale of musical instruments upon the installment or partial payment plan. In its sale of said musical instruments it accepted from its vendees, as part payment of the purchase price, conditional sales contracts. Plaintiff loaned said corporation about $14,000 and defendant $10,000, and they in the order named, are successive assignees of the same contracts.
