JAMESON, District Judge.

Defendant has filed a motion to dismiss on the grounds: (1) that defendant was lured into this jurisdiction by artifice and fraud for personal service; (2) of forum non conveniens; (3) of improper venue; and (4) that the complaint fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.

The motion is supported by an affidavit of the defendant from which it appears that the defendant is a resident of Lyons, Oregon; that plaintiff and defendant, together with twenty-three other persons, are limited partners in R. P. Oliver, Ltd., which has its principal office in…
