MeVICAR, District Judge.

The court finds the following facts and makes the following conclusions of law:(1) The plaintiff, the General Chemical Company, is a corporation of the state of New York. The defendant, the Selden Company, is a corporation of the state of Delaware, having an established place of business in Pittsburgh, Pa., where the acts complained of are alleged to have been committed.(2) The patent in suit is No. 1,371,004 for certain new and useful improvements in oxidation of sulfur dioxid and catalyst therefor.
