Defendant William Baldwin was convicted after jury-trial of operating -a motor vehicle on the public highway in the Town of Colchester while under the influence of intoxicating liquor contrary to the provisions of 23 V.S.A. § 1201 (a) (2). He appealed his conviction to this Court; we affirm.
