¶ 1 Kenneth White (Appellant) appeals from the judgment of sentence imposed upon him after he pled guilty to aggravated assault and possession of an instrument of crime. The Appellant raises three issues for our review. First, Appellant alleges he was denied the effective assistance of counsel as a result of counsel’s failure to secure a written plea agreement, complete with contingency for withdrawal.
