LAZARUS, J.:

Ruben Pardo appeals from his judgment of sentence, entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Pike County, after entering an open guilty plea to two counts of delivery of a controlled substance.1 The charges stemmed from two drug buys that occurred among Pardo, his cohorts and an undercover Pike County Police Officer on October 15 and 17, 2008. At his June 17, 2010 sentencing, the trial court determined that Pardo was not eligible to participate in the Recidivism Risk Reduction Incentive (RRRI) program and sentenced him to an aggregate term of imprisonment of 5 years and…
