Tahra Kerman-Mastour (“Kerman”) brings this diversity suit against her former employers, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. and FINRA Regulation, Inc. (collectively “FINRA”) pursuant to the New York City Human Rights Law (“NYCHRL”), N.Y.C. Admin. Code § 8-101 et seq. Plaintiff is not pursuing claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.; or under the New York State Human Rights Law (“NYSHRL”), N.Y. Exec.
