Before the Court are two motions for partial summary judgment, one filed by *353the Victoria’s Secret entities that are defendants in this case (the “Corporate Defendants”) (Dkt. No. 76) and the other filed by the individual defendant, Ann O’Malley (Dkt. No. 82). (O’Malley and the Corporate Defendants are together referred to as the “Defendants”).
