This was a petition for naturalization by Milka Boric. It came on in open court for hearing in accordance with previous directions issued after the announcement of the opinions of the Supreme Court of the United States in Schneiderman v. United States, 320 U.S. 118, 63 S.Ct. 1333, 87 L.Ed. 1796, and Baumgartner v. United States, 322 U.S. 665, 64 S.Ct. 1240, 88 L.Ed. 1525, holding that an extremely high degree of proof is necessary to cancel citizenship once attained where there is no proof of fraud or perjury.
