This is a patent infringement action. It is before the Court for construction of the claims in United States Patent No. 5,978,-770.

I. BACKGROUND

Plaintiff PalmTop Productions, Inc. is the owner of United States Patent No. 5,978,770 (the “'770 patent”), which was issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office on November 2, 1999.
